A few days ago leaked photos of what appeared to be the next-generation (2013?) Mercedes-Benz A-Class popped up on the internet thanks to Autoscoops.be. The photos are supposedly from a European patent filing. Mercedes-Benz has yet to confirm if the photos are legit, but according to Car and Driver‘s sources, the photos are the rear thing. 2013_mercedes_benz_a_class_leak2.jpg

These photos are our first view at what we can expect from the five-door version of the next A-Class. It maintains many aspects from the A-Class concept, but of course it’s design has been toned down and made more production friendly. The good news is that there will be at least four versions of the next A-Class: a three-door, five-door, four-door coupe and an MPV. All four are reportedly going to be offered in the U.S. including an AMG version.

The 2013 Mercedes-Benz A-Class will arrive sometime late next year in the U.S.
