Nissan unveiled the refreshed 2012 Nissan GT-R at the LA Auto Show last month. Although Nissan announced that the 2012 GT-R would put out 530 horsepower and 480 lb-ft. of torque, Nissan didn’t announce its official 0-60 mph or 0-62 mph times.
Nissan has announced that the 2012 GT-R reaches 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 3.0 seconds and 0-60 mph in 2.9 seconds. Nissan recently held a media event at the Sendai Hi-land Race Way on November 12th, Friday and 13th, Saturday. On both days the GT-R reached 0-100 km/h in 3.0 seconds.

Nissan Announces 11MY Nissan GT-R’s Acceleration Time
YOKOHAMA Japan (December 1, 2010) – Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. today announced the 0-100km/h acceleration time for the 11MY Nissan GT-R.
The acceleration time was measured during the media test ride event held at the Sendai Hi-land Race Way on November 12th, Friday and 13th, Saturday. On both days, the GT-R clocked in with a time of 3.0 seconds.
