The Nürburgring is regarded as one of the best places to test the potential of an automaker’s vehicles. The all-new 2012 BMW M5 is now the latest model to hit the track and according to fastestlaps, the BMW M5 finished a lap in 7:55.
An unofficial time of 7:55 places the 2012 BMW M5 in the number 70 spot, with the 70th fastest time on the track. That means the M5 beats out models like the Porsche Panamera Turbo and Cadillac CTS-V.
