The BMW Z4 GT3 race car launched in March 2010 and achieved its greatest success in January 2011 when Claudia Hürtgen, BMW works driver Augusto Farfus, Tommy Milner and Edward Sandström won the Dubai 24 Hours for Team Schubert. For the new race season, BMW engineers have fine-tuned the aerodynamics of the BMW Z4 GT3 to improve the car’s performance. A modern ECU408 takes over the engine management, while the Power400 electronic control unit is responsible for controlling all the actuators

Unlike the production version of the Z4 that is powered by a six-cylinder engine, the GT3 car is powered by a 4.4L eight-cylinder engine that puts out 480 horsepower.

The Z4 GT3 is available for 315,000 euros.
