Spy photographers have caught the new 2008 Chevrolet HHR SS during testing. Chevy has been very quiet on the details of this car. The car features bigger wheels, a bigger grille and the 2.0L 260 horsepower engine from the Solstice GXP and Saturn Sky Red Line. The car seen here has very little camouflage and under the black tape you can actually make out the “SS” badge.
The car will start being produced in December of 2007 and will be introduced shortly there after. There is no word on the price.
The company recently stated that they were going to limit the number of models with the SS badge, I guess this car managed to slip through. Will the Aveo be the next SS?
