Acura took the wraps off the updated 2019 Acura NSX a few days ago at Monterey Car Week and now Acura has announced that it is taking orders for the 2019 NSX, which starts at $157,500.
The 2019 Acura NSX is receiving a few enhancements, which improves its styling and its performance. On the outside the grille garnish is now body colored and high-gloss treatments have been added to the front grille surround, front air intake mesh and rear bumper outlet mesh. There’s also a new Thermal Orange Pearl paint color and inside there’s an optional Indigo blue Semi-aniline leather theme.
To improve its performance, the 2019 NSX’s chassis gets larger front and rear stabilizer bars, which increase the stiffness by 26 percent in front and 19 percent at the rear. Stiffer rear toe link bushings have also been added and rear hub rigidity has increased 6 percent. Acura says that the improvements give the 2019 NSX a 2 second faster lap time around the Suzuka Circuit.
Deliveries of the 2019 Acura NSX will start in October.
