Volvo has released what is hopefully the last teaser of the 2019 Volvo S60, which is finally going to debut tomorrow. The 2019 S60 will have debut tomorrow in South Carolina to not only celebrate the debut of the new S60, but to also coincide with the fact that it will be produced in the same state.
The 2019 Volvo S60 will likely look like a smaller S90, which we can see in this teaser with its illuminated C-shaped taillights peaking through underneath the sheet. It will also share its powertrains with the rest of the 60-Series lineup, which includes the T8 plug-in hybrid.
Volvo announced last week that the S60 will be offered with its new Polestar Engineered trim that will add more power and performance goodies over the standard T8. This includes 15 more horsepower for a total 415 horsepower. If you’re hoping for a diesel version of the new S60, you’ll be disappointed to hear that a diesel is not going to be on the options list.
