Volvo is going to reveal the 2019 Volvo S60 on June 20 at an event in South Carolina. While Volvo has only released a few teasers of the 2019 Volvo S60, the EPA might have just a revealed a few of the 2019 S60’s specs.

The EPA has posted the fuel economy specs for the 2019 Volvo S60, but you might have missed them since the lead image hasn’t been swapped out with the new S60. Take a closer look and you’ll see some differences between the 2018 S60 and 2019 S60.

The EPA has announced that the front-wheel drive 2019 Volvo S60 is rated at 24/36 mpg, which is slightly less fuel efficient than the 2018 model at 25/36 mpg. Upgrade to the all-wheel drive 2019 S60 with the supercharged and turbocharged 2.0L and it’s rated at 21/32 mpg, compared to 22/32 mpg for the 2018 model.

We don’t have all the details yet at about the powertrain, but the 2019 S60 will be slightly bigger inside with 96 cubic feet of space compared to 93 cubic feet with the 2018 model. What’s interesting is that the 2018 and 2019 S60 both have the same size trunk at 12 cubic feet.

Volvo announced this week that the 2019 Volvo S60 will arrive with a new Polestar Engineered version that will add several performance upgrades to the S60 T8 plug-in hybrid, including the 415-hp powertrain.
