The I.D. Vizzion concept is also the VW first concept of a fully autonomous vehicle, since it features no steering wheel or pedals. Inside the concept features a “digital chauffeur” that controls the vehicle, while the passengers can focus on other less tedious tasks. The concept car drives, steers and navigates autonomously in traffic. A virtual host, with which passengers communicate via voice and gesture control, knows the personal preferences of the passengers as well.

The concept’s two electric motors generate a combined 302 horsepower and its 111 kWh lithium-ion battery pack gives it a driving range of 413 miles. The power is sent to all four wheels and the I.D. Vizzion concept has a top speed of 112 mph.
