Toyota hasn’t even unveiled the new Toyota Supra yet, but a new report claims to have some of the initial specs and pricing. While Toyota has yet to confirm anything, the new report claims that the new Supra will be quite expensive with a $63,500 price tag.

According to SupraMKV forums, the new Supra will start in the mid-$60k range in the United States, which places it right in the same price range as the Porsche 718 Cayman. The report also claims that the Supra will be powered by a BMW-sourced 3.0L turbocharged six-cylinder engine with 335 horsepower and 369 lb-ft. of torque, which puts it directly in the middle of the 718 Cayman and 718 Cayman S models.

The reports also claims that the new Supra will have a 0-60 mph time of 4.5 seconds.

Other specs in the report claims that the Supra will ride on 19-inch wheels, while the interior will get a digital gauge cluster and BMW’s updated iDrive infotaiment system. Even the steering wheel will reportedly come from BMW.

While we can’t fully confirm these reports, if the specs are true, then the new Toyota Supra will be less powerful than its cousin, the BMW Z4. BMW has already confirmed that the next generation 2019 Z4 will arrive with a 3.0L six-cylinder with 380 horsepower. An additional leak also hints that a cheaper Supra might be in the works with a 2.0L turbocharged engine with around 248 horsepower.
