2016 Toyota Mirai fuel-cell vehicle can travel up to 312 miles

Toyota has announced that the upcoming 2016 Mirai fuel-cell vehicle will have a driving range of 312 miles on a single fill of hydrogen. The Mirai is also rated at an EPA estimated 67 miles MPGe.

Toyota has announced that the upcoming 2016 Mirai fuel-cell vehicle will have a driving range of 312 miles on a single fill of hydrogen. The Mirai is also rated at an EPA estimated 67 miles MPGe.
When the Mirai arrives this fall, it will be the only zero emission electric vehicle on the market that tops the 300 mile range milestone. Unfortunately the only draw back is that the hydrogen infrastructure isn’t as accessible as the charging stations that regular electric cars use.

Toyota is also throwing in three years’ worth of complimentary fuel. Pricing for the Mirai starts at $57,500, but Toyota is offering a lease deal for $499 a month.
