Tesla CEO Elon Musk has announced on Twitter that Tesla’s new electric semi truck will debut on October 26th in Hawthorne, California. Tesla was originally supposed to reveal the truck this month, but at least the new date isn’t too far off.

Elon Musk describes the electric semi truck as a “beast.” Tesla hasn’t revealed the specs for the truck, but its expected to have a driving range between 200-300 miles. While the Tesla semi truck definitely won’t make all semi trucks obsolete, but it will have a benefit for drivers that perform smaller trips between 100 to 200 miles.
