The 2021 Nissan Rogue is almost here, since Nissan has announced that production has started at its Smyrna Vehicle Assembly Plant in Tennessee.

The third-generation Rogue was unveiled a few months ago. The new Rogue is based on Nissan’s Common Module Family platform and compared to the last Rogue, it’s 1.5-inches shorter and 0.2-inches shorter. At the front the 2021 Rogue features the latest version of Nissan’s V-motion grille, while overall the new Rogue looks more handsome than before.

Inside the Rogue’s interior is more modern than ever with an available 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and 10.8-inch head-up display. There’s also a 9-inch infotainment screen that comes standard with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Wireless Apple CarPlay is coming as well.

There Rogue is powered by a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine with 181 horsepower and 181 pound-feet of torque. The engine now has 11 more hp and 6 more pound-feet.

The 2021 Nissan Rogue will arrive this fall.
