We were all looking forward to the 2020 Detroit Auto Show this year, which was moved from January to June of this year, but sadly it’s now the latest victim of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The 2020 Detroit Auto Show has been officially canceled.

To help with the pandemic the TCF center where the show was supposed to be held, is being converted into a temporary field hospital.

“Although we are disappointed, there is nothing more important to us than the health, safety and well-being of the citizens of Detroit and Michigan, and we will do what we can to support our community’s fight against the coronavirus outbreak,” said NAIAS Executive Director Rod Alberts.

Now we will have to wait until June 2021 to check out the revamped Detroit Auto Show.
