Mazda has just released a few photos of the new 2008 Mazda 2. The new car will be unveiled at the Geneva Auto Show, in March. There have been lots of rumors surrounding this car’s release in the U.S., especially after Mazda showed the MX Micro Sport Concept at the 2004 Detroit Auto Show.
The car will initially be offered with three engines: 1.3L 75 or 84 Hp and 1.5L with 103Hp.
After the success of the Honda Fit, Toyota Yaris and Chevy Aveo in the U.S. many automakers are trying to enter this segment.
This car looks far better than the Yaris and Fit. Hopefully they will give it decent power if it comes to the U.S.
