Lexus has decided to make the UX 250h look a bit sportier with the introduction of the 2021 UX 250h Black Line Special Edition, which is the latest model to join the Black Line lineup. The big thing here is that the UX Black Line Special Edition is only available on the hybrid version of the UX.

On the outside it gets body-color fenders that replace the black plastic on the standard UX. The new fenders make it look sportier, but at the same time it does now look more like a hatchback than a crossover. Either way it’s an improvement. Gloss black side sills have also been added, plus 18-inch black wheels, black grille surround, blackened headlamps, black side mirrors, and black roof rails.

Buyers will be able to choose from three colors: Grecian Water, Caviar and Eminent White Pearl. Inside the leather seats can be wrapped in either black or birch with blue accents and seatbelts. It also comes with a custom Zero Halliburton luggage set.

Lexus hasn’t announced the pricing for the 2021 UX 250h Black Line Special Edition, but only 1,000 will be built. It arrives in the spring of 2021.
