Hyundai wants to make it easier and more painless to buy a new car with the launch of its new Shopper Assurance program. Today the thought of buying a car for most car buyers is frustrating and tedious, so Hyundai hopes to fix that with the launch of its new nationwide program.

The Shopper Assurance program has four elements that should make the car buying process not only faster, but easier. First there’s Transparent Pricing where the dealers post the fair market pricing (MSRP minus incentives and any dealer offered discounts) on the dealer websites, so the customer knows exactly what the pricing is for the vehicle.

Customers can now test drive a new Hyundai easier via the Flexible Test Drive service, which lets them conduct a test drive on their own terms through Hyundai Drive. They can book a test drive by contacting the dealer on their website, by phone or by using an app. The selected test-drive vehicle can be at a location of the customer’s choosing, such as their home, their office or a coffee shop.

Hyundai knows how annoying it is to fill out the paperwork and wait for credit approvals once you’ve decided on a car. The Streamlined Purchase program reduces the time customers spend at the dealer by allowing car buyers to complete most of the paperwork online prior to visiting the dealership. This includes applying for financing, obtaining credit approvals, calculating payment estimates and valuing trade-ins.

Lastly you don’t have to worry about buyers remorse, since there’s a new Three-Day Money Back Guarantee that lets you return the car within three days for a full refund, as long as you haven’t driven over 300 miles or damaged the car.

Hyundai’s Shopper Assurance program launches Today in Miami, Orlando, Dallas and Houston and will roll out nationwide in early 2018.
