Hyundai is now starting to add new eight-speed automatic transmissions to models like the Equus and 2013 Genesis Coupe, but it looks like Hyundai is hoping to add even more speeds with an upcoming 10-speed automatic.
Hyundai has confirmed to Car and Driver that it is developing a new 10-speed automatic in-house. It’s not known when the new transmission will be released and which models will get it.
