We’ve been waiting to see what updates Honda has planned for the 2021 Accord and now it’s here. Honda has unveiled the 2021 Accord, which gets some small styling changes and updated tech features.

On the outside the Accord now has a wider, restyled grille, which also better integrates the radar unit for the Honda Sensing system. The Sport and above trim levels also get new LED headlights that illuminate longer and wider than before. The fog lights also have smaller openings. The exterior changes are finished off with new alloy wheel designs and a new Sonic Gray Pearl color.

Inside all trim levels now come standard with an 8-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Upper trim levels also get wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. A Rear Sear Reminder system has also been added and upper trim levels get a new Low Speed Braking Control system.

Honda has also updated the Accord Hybrid’s powertrain to give it a better throttle response. The Accord Hybrid has 212 horsepower and 232 pound-feet of torque and it gets up to 48 mpg.

Lastly there’s a new Sport Edition trim level that replaces the previous EX 1.5T. The new Sport SE features leather seats, heated front seats, a four-way power passenger seat, a 12-way power driver’s seat, heated mirrors, Smart Entry, and remote engine start. On the outside the Sport SE are also features a rear trunk lid spoiler, unique 19-inch wheels, LED fog lights, a dark-chrome grille and chrome exhaust finishers.

The 2021 Honda Accord starts at $25,725, including the destination fee.
