Honda has announced that the 2019 Honda Odyssey minivan is now on sale, starting at $31,065. The Odyssey was completely revamped last year, so the minivan moves into the new year without any significant changes, other than its $100 higher price tag.

The 2019 Honda Odyssey is powered by a 3.5-liter V6 engine with with 280 horsepower and 262 lb-ft. of torque. The V6 is mated to a 9-speed automatic if you choose the LX, EX, EX-L, or EX-L Navi/RES trims. If you decide on either the Touring or Elite trim, the V6 is mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission. The 2019 Odyssey is rated at 19/28 mpg.

To keep everyone safe, the 2019 Odyssey is available with the Honda Sensing suite of safety and driver-assistive technologies that includes the Collision Mitigation Braking System, Lane Keeping Assist, Road Departure Mitigation, and Adaptive Cruise Control.

Inside the Odyssey offers lots of technology, like CabinWatch that allows the driver and front passenger to view the second- and third-row passengers via the 8-inch Display Audio screen and CabinTalk that allows the driver to talk with the second- and third-row passengers through the second- and third-row speakers. Other available features include Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration, CabinControl app, Social Playlist which works as a virtual family jukebox, 4G LTE in-car Wi-Fi, and a 10-inch Rear Entertainment System with Blu-Ray and streaming video capabilities. For 2019, EX-L and above trims add a second 2.5-amp USB port inside the center console.
