Ford Thailand has released a new teaser video of the off-road ready Ford Ranger Raptor. It’s not known when exactly the Ranger Raptor will debut, but a recent report claims that it’s going to debut early next month.
Ford officially unveiled the 2019 Ford Ranger this month at the Detroit Auto Show, but Ranger fans are probably more excited to see what Ford has planned for the first ever Ranger Raptor. This latest teaser video says that the Ranger Raptor is basically “ready for anything.”
It’s hasn’t been confirmed what will power the Ranger Raptor, but it is expected to get a detuned version of the turbocharged 3.5L V6 that powers the F-150 Raptor. A 2.0L diesel is also a possibility in some markets. A 10-speed automatic transmission is also expected.
