Last week Ford unveiled the Ford Mustang Mach-E electric crossover, which had its world debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show. Right after it debuted Ford started taking reservations for its new EV, including the special First Edition model. Well if you were hoping to get the Mach-E First Edition model, you’ll be disappointed to hear that it’s already sold out.
The Mach-E First Edition model is priced at $61,000, but Ford hasn’t announced how many it plans to build. Ford didn’t make a formal announcement that it’s sold out, but if you go to Ford’s website, you’ll see the “sold out” message underneath the First Edition.
The Mach-E First Edition model gets unique interior contrast stitching, First Edition scuff plates, brushed aluminum pedals and red brake calipers.
Ford has announced that it plans to build around 50,000 units the first year and the first vehicles will arrive by the end of 2020.
