Ford hasn’t released the details about the 2022 Bronco Sport, but a new report claims that the small rugged SUV is getting a price increase.

2021 Ford Bronco Sport

CarsDirect is reporting that the pricing for the 2022 Bronco Sport will start at $28,760, including the $1,495 destination fee. That’s only $50 more than the base 2021 Bronco Sport, but other trim levels are getting a bigger price increase. The Big Bend model starts at $30,320, which is an increase of $105, while the 2022 Bronco Sport Outer Banks version starts at $34,570, a $215 increase.

The top Badlands trim gets the biggest increase with its starting price increasing to $35,430, which is $575 more.

If you’ve been keeping track, the price increase is actually bigger if you compare the earliest pricing for the 2021 Bronco Sport, since Ford increased the pricing this summer by up to $540. With that taken into account, the price of the 2022 Bronco Sport has increased up to $1,115 compared to when the 2021 model first launched.
