Earlier this week Chrysler unveiled the US-spec Fiat 500. The automaker also informed dealers that those that want to sell the Fiat 500 have until the end of February to get their showrooms ready for the small car.

Chrysler spokesman, Ralph Kisiel stated that dealers will need time to train their staff and need to have a separate showroom in place. Dealers have until Sept. 22 to submit their Fiat franchise proposals to Chrysler. The Fiat 500 is expected to go on sale late this year in the US.
