A new report claims that General Motors is going to begin production of its new $30,000 electric car – the Chevy Bolt in October 2016. The 200-mile range Bolt will be built at an underused plant north of Detroit.
GM hopes to build about 25,000 to 30,000 units a year, which will include an Opel version that will be sold in Europe.
