It looks like Cadillac is planning a sportier version of the new XT4 crossover, since a rendering of what appears to be an XT4 V-Sport was recently posted on its website.
Cadillac has yet to confirm if an XT4 V-Sport is in the works, but it’s expected. The photo on Cadillac’s website only shows the rear of the XT4 V-Sport, but we can see that it will look more muscular than the standard XT4 with its wider rear end and larger exhaust tips.
We’ll have to wait for Cadillac to officially unveil the XT4 V-Sport to get all the details, but according to GM Authority, the XT4 V-Sport will likely still be powered by a four-cylinder engine. The publication speculates that the XT4 V-Sport could be powered either by a electrified version of the current 2.0L four-cylinder or GM’s new 2.7L turbocharged engine that’s offered in the 2019 Chevrolet Silverado.
