Cadillac has announced the pricing for the 2020 Cadillac CT5-V, which starts at $48,690, including the destination fees. While the CT5-V with its 360 horsepower V6 is not a true replacement for the outgoing CTS-V, it does have a nice bump in power and performance over the standard CT5.
The CT5-V is powered by a turbocharged 3.0L V6 that generates 360 horsepower and 405 lb-ft. of torque, that’s mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission. Rear-wheel drive is standard, but you can add all-wheel drive for an extra $2600.
If those numbers are a bit disappointing to you, the good news is that a hotter high performance version of the CT5 is in the works and is slated to arrive next year. The true high performance CT5 is expected to get a V8.
