Audi is giving the 2019 Audi A4 a tiny facelift for the new model year, which includes new bumpers, wheels and the introduction of the S line competition equipment package.
At the front, the 2019 Audi A4 looks slightly more aggressive thanks to its new bumper with new air inlets that stand out more than before. Pentagonal contours surround the exterior air inlets, while separate openings in the air inlets guide a portion of the airflow into the wheel housings.
THe Singleframe grille looks slightly different based on which A4 model you choose. For example, with the S line exterior package, the grille now also features slats with a 3D look. At the rear there’s a new bumper and two wide, trapezoidal exhaust tailpipes replace the previous round tailpipes. The diffuser area between the exhaust tailpipes is now narrower too.
The new S line competition equipment package adds several features, like the blade in the front bumper and the stone-chip guard strip in selenite silver, an RS rear spoiler on the A4 Avant and a new Turbo Blue paint finish. The equipment package also adds Audi Sport 19-inch wheels, red brake calipers, sport suspension, LED headlights and the four rings logo to the rear doors. Inside the package adds RS carbon inlays, a three-spoke steering wheel and black partial leather sport seats. Buyers can also opt for S sport seats in magma red or in other colors.
The 2019 Audi A4 will go on sale first in Germany in the third quarter.
