Jeep isn’t easing up on its yearlong “Twelve 4 Twelve” celebration. Following the debut of the Wrangler Moab 392, the brand is back with its second limited-run buzz model—the 2026 Jeep Wrangler Whitecap—a heritage-inspired twist aimed squarely at fans of classic Jeep design.

2026 Jeep Wrangler Whitecap

While Jeep has no shortage of special editions, the Whitecap at least pulls from real history. Its look references the old CJ-Universal models and their Arctic White tops, a simple design cue that became a quiet icon among purists. Now Jeep is bringing that look into the modern era, available exclusively on the Sahara and Rubicon trims.

The Whitecap package leans entirely into contrast styling:

  • Bright White painted hardtop
  • Bright White grille with body-color flares (standard on Sahara; packaged on Rubicon)
  • Bright White “1941” stripe for Sahara and Rubicon or a Bright White hood graphic on Rubicon
  • Optional Sky One-Touch powertop with White accents

Under the skin, nothing changes. The Whitecap is mechanically identical to the Sahara and Rubicon on which it’s based, meaning buyers can stick with either the 2.0-liter turbo-four or 3.6-liter V6, paired with Jeep’s Selec-Trac part-time or full-time 4×4 systems.

Orders for the 2026 Jeep Wrangler Whitecap are open now, and pricing varies depending on the trim:

  • Rubicon X: $495
  • Sahara: $2,690 (includes body-color hardtop)
  • Rubicon: $3,185 (includes body-color hardtop and flares)
