Jeep is rolling out another special-edition version of the 2026 Gladiator as part of its new “Convoy” campaign. Meet the 2026 Jeep Gladiator Shadow Ops, the first midsize pickup you can buy with a factory-installed winch.

While the name suggests something pulled from a video game, Shadow Ops is very much a real-world upgrade built on the Gladiator Rubicon platform. Jeep says it’s designed for its most hardcore off-road fans, but the package also leans heavily into the brand’s growing love of themed special editions.
“Shadow Ops elevates the Gladiator’s legacy by combining rugged functionality with a bold, covert look,” said Jeep brand CEO Bob Broderdorf. And while that sounds like typical press-release speak, the new package does add genuinely useful hardware.

The Shadow Ops package includes a factory Warn winch, heavy-duty steel front and rear bumpers.
Visually, Shadow Ops features a satin black grille, exclusive hood and fender decals, a tailgate graphic, and body-color fender flares. A body-color Freedom Top three-piece hardtop completes the look. Inside, Jeep adds all-weather slush mats.
The Shadow Ops package adds $4,995 to the Gladiator Rubicon’s sticker, but Jeep points out it’s only a $2,605 walk over a Rubicon already equipped with a body-color hardtop and fender flares.
