Aston Martin has just pulled the wraps off the 2025 Vantage S, a hotter, sharper, and more track-focused evolution of its acclaimed front-engine sports car. Building on the success of the already potent Vantage, the new S model cranks everything up—power, handling, aerodynamics, and presence—while staying true to the brand’s signature blend of British elegance and racing pedigree.

Under the hood, the Vantage S packs a retuned version of the Mercedes-AMG 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8, now delivering an impressive 670 hp and 590 lb-ft of torque. With recalibrated throttle response, refined powertrain tuning, and an optimized launch control system, the Vantage S rockets from 0-60 mph in just 3.3 seconds and tops out at 202 mph.

The new S also introduces a host of mechanical upgrades aimed at turning up the excitement behind the wheel. Suspension tweaks include revised Bilstein DTX adaptive dampers, reduced transmission mount stiffness for improved ride comfort, and sharper alignment geometry for improved turn-in and grip. The rear subframe is now directly mounted to the body for even greater steering precision and chassis feedback.

Aerodynamics haven’t been overlooked either. A new full-width rear spoiler delivers a hefty 111 kg of total downforce at Vmax, with 44 kg of that coming from the rear wing alone. New front aero elements, including a redesigned airdam and venturi vanes, help balance the package and enhance high-speed stability. Simply put, the Vantage S has been engineered to devour corners with poise and confidence.

Visually, the 2025 Vantage S is all business. Unique blades finished in gloss black or carbon fiber give it a more aggressive face while aiding engine cooling. Discreet red-enamel ‘S’ badging on the fenders adds just the right amount of flair, and optional 21-inch Y-spoke wheels with red accents continue the motorsport-inspired theme. Around back, that functional spoiler doesn’t just boost downforce—it makes a statement.

Inside, the Vantage S comes standard with a distinctive “Accelerate” interior package that combines Alcantara and leather with satin carbon fiber trim. Unique S-branded embroidery, a color-matched rotary drive mode selector, and an optional Inspire Sport interior package with semi-aniline leather and dramatic chevron quilting further elevate the cabin experience. Even the seatbelts and stitching have been designed to match the red or silver anodized rotary controller.

CEO Adrian Hallmark summed it up best: “The new Vantage S sets a new benchmark in the ultra-luxury front-engined sports car category. It’s visceral, focused, and built to thrill Aston Martin’s most passionate drivers.”

Aston Martin will give the Vantage S its public dynamic debut at the 2025 Goodwood Festival of Speed, charging up the famous hill climb in front of thousands of eager fans. The Vantage S is available to order now in both Coupe and Roadster forms, with first deliveries slated for Q4 2025.
