Chevy has announced that the 2024 Chevy Silverado EV Work Truck (WT) has a longer driving range than earlier estimates, with the electric truck now having up to a 450 mile range.
The earlier estimate was that the Silverado EV WT would have a 400 mile range. Chevy says that “over the past several months, extensive development and testing unlocked the increased 450-mile range.” The 450 mile version will arrive this spring, which will be followed by a version with a 350 mile range.
For buyers that want the regular version, Chevy says that production of the Silverado EV RST First Edition will start this fall.
