The 2019 Chevy Camaro received a new face, which hasn’t really been loved by everyone, but the good news is that a fix might be coming really soon. According to a new report, Chevy might put the face from its new Camaro SS concept into production.
Sales of the 2019 Chevy Camaro haven’t really taken off and it might be due to the Camaro’s face with its weird badge location. To test the waters, Chevy is bringing a new Camaro SS concept to the SEMA Show in Las Vegas next week. GM Authority is reporting that the concept’s face has been fast-tracked for production, so it might show up on the 2020 Camaro SS.
The differences between the concept’s face and the 2019 Camaro aren’t big, but the concept does have a colorized crossbar instead of the black bar on the production version. The logo has also been moved from the crossbar to the upper grille opening.
Chevy hasn’t confirmed the reports, so we’ll have to wait and see.
