Mercedes-Benz will unveil the updated 2018 S-Class Coupe and Cabriolet models in a few weeks at the Frankfurt Motor Show. Mercedes has now released a few teasers of the updated 2018 S-Class Cabriolet to get us ready for the big debut.

Both models will be available with new OLED technology with OLED taillights that feature 33 individually controllable organic light-emitting diodes. OLED lights are different than LEDs, since LED lights emit light in the form of points, while OLED lights can light up the entire surface. The major benefit with OLED lights is that automakers can get creative, since the light modules can be controlled individually.

Other updates to the 2018 S-Class Coupe and Cabriolet, include restyled headlights and bumpers. There will also likely be a few more color options and updated alloy wheel designs. Inside the 2018 models will get an updated dashboard with a single pane of glass covering the two 12.3-inch screens, instead of the two panes on the current model.

Under the hood the 2018 Mercedes-Benz S-Class Coupe and Cabriolet will will get engine updates and there will likely be a few more tech features added to the mix.
