Dodge has unveiled the 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Widebody, which officially completes the 2018 Challenger lineup. If you like the Challenger SRT Hellcat, but want the more grip, then the Challenger SRT Hellcat Widebody is for you.
The 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Widebody arrives in a few months.
The 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Widebody borrows its fender flares from the Challenger SRT Demon, which adds an extra 3.5 inches of width. The wider fenders make room for new 20 x 11-inch “Devil’s Rim” split-five spoke aluminum wheels and wide 305/35ZR20 Pirelli P-Zero tires with a new tread pattern. The Challenger SRT Hellcat Widebody also gets new electric power steering system with SRT Drive Modes that adds selectable steering tuning for the first time on a Hellcat model.

The 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Widebody is powered by the 6.2-liter supercharged HEMI V-8 with 707 horsepower and 650 lb.-ft. torque and can be mated to either a six-speed manual or TorqueFlite eight-speed automatic transmission.
The added grip of the Widebody model improves the Challenger SRT Hellcat’s performance with improved lap times, lateral grip, acceleration and braking. The road course lap time on a 1.7-mile track is lowered by approximately 2 seconds per lap and the quarter mile time has been improved by approximately 0.3 seconds (10.9 ET in Widebody vs. 11.2 ET in standard Hellcat). The lateral skid pad grip increased by .04 g (.97 g in Widebody vs. .93 g in standard Hellcat) and the 0-60 mph time has dropped by 0.1 second (3.4 in Widebody vs. 3.5 in standard Hellcat). The 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Widebody has a top speed of 195 mph.
Pricing for the Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Widebody starts at $72,590, which includes the gas guzzler tax and destination fees.
