Chevy has announced the pricing for the 2018 Chevy Traverse crossover, which starts at $30,875. The all-new 2018 Traverse is ready to take on the heavy weights in the class with more cargo space and passenger space than the Ford Explorer, Honda Pilot or Toyota Highlander.
The eight-passenger 2018 Traverse will be offered in L, LS, LT, Premier, RS and High Country trim levels. There’s also a Redline package will also be available on Premier, featuring a blacked-out appearance with red accents.
Some of the Traverse’s standard features, include a rear camera, tri-zone climate control, a OnStar 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot and active noise cancellation. Some of the optional features include, a rear camera mirror, surround vision cameras, heated and ventilated front seats, wireless device charging and a hands-free power liftgate.
Buyers will be able to choose from a standard 310-hp 3.6L V6 or a 255-hp 2.0L turbocharged four-cylinder. Both engines are mated to a nine-speed automatic transmission. The 3.6L with front-wheel drive is rated at 18/27 mpg, while the all-wheel drive version is rated at 17/25 mpg. The 2.0L is only available with front-wheel drive and is rated at 20/25 mpg.
