The 2014 Jeep Cherokee is rated at 22/31 mpg with the 2.4L four-cylinder and front-wheel-drive.
After several delays the 2014 Jeep Cherokee is finally here. In June Chrysler announced the pricing, which starts at $22,995, but the fuel economy specs were not released. Now we’ve learned that the most fuel-efficient version of the Cherokee is rated at 31 mpg on the highway.
The 184-hp. 2.4L Cherokee with front-wheel-drive is rated at 22/31 mpg, while the more powerful 271-hp 3.2L V6 is rated at 19/28 mpg with front-wheel-drive. If you need all-wheel-drive, the 2.4L will get 21/28 mpg, while the V6 is rated at 19/27 mpg.
