Audi will be bringing both the new A3 five-door and sedan to the U.S. for the 2014 model year.
Audi officially unveiled the all-new Audi A3 five-door hatchback last month at the Paris Motor Show. At the time it was believed that the U.S. would not get the new hatchback and would instead have to make due with only the upcoming A3 sedan. Car and Driver is now reporting that Audi will offer both the five-door hatchback and sedan in the U.S. for the 2014 model year.
Audi hasn’t unveiled the new A3 sedan, but has only given us a preview of it in concept form. The A3 sedan will go head to head with the Acura ILX and upcoming Mercedes-Benz CLA. It’s also being rumored that Audi may be working on a new convertible version of the A3, which could also eventually be offered here.
