The all-new 2011 Hyundai Sonata has just earned the Top Safety Pick rating from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety. According to the IIHS a Top Safety Pick must get the highest rating of “good” in all three crash tests (front, side and rear) and be equipped with electronic stability control. 2011 marks the first year that the Sonata has received the IIHS honor.
Expect more Sonata news at the New York Auto Show in April when Hyundai unveils the turbo and hybrid variants.
