GM has announced the official mpg ratings for the 2011 Chevy Volt. The EPA has rated the 93 MPG (equivalent), which is when the battery is fully charged and during the electric-only range. When the Volt’s electricity is “used up” it gets 37 mpg. The two numbers combined (electricity and gasoline) the Volt gets 60 mpg.
The Volt’s official electric only range is 35 miles and the total range is 379 miles (344 gasoline driving).
