Volkswagen is getting closer to unveiling the production version of the electric I.D. Crozz concept and next week, VW will reveal a redesigned version of the original concept.
Both the front and rear of the redesigned VW I.D. Crozz concept are new. VW says that the updated design “points more towards a production model.” From this teaser we can see that the LED headlights have been updated and that the illuminated VW logo on the original concept has been replaced by a more traditional VW logo. The front bumper also gets some updates.
VW hasn’t announced any updates to the concept’s electric powertrain, which has two electric motors that generate a combined 302 horsepower. The redesigned VW I.D. Crozz concept will debut on September 12 at the 2017 Frankfurt Motor Show.
