Volkswagen has announced the pricing for the updated 2022 Tiguan, which starts at $27,190, including destination. On the outside the Tiguan has been refreshed with a new face and wheel designs, while the interior now has more standard features.

The Tiguan is powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine with 184 horsepower and 221 pound-feet of torque, that’s mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive or 4Motion all-wheel drive is available on the first three trims, while the top-of-range model features standard 4Motion.

Buyers can choose either two or three rows of seats, but all-wheel-drive models only come with two rows.

2022 VW Tiguan

Inside the 2022 Tiguan now comes standard with heated front seats and an 8-inch Digital Cockpit instrument cluster, while a 10-inch display is optional. Wi-Fi and wireless charging are also standard.

The 2022 VW Tiguan will arrive in the third quarter of 2021.
