VW teases its new SUV concept ahead of its debut in Beijing

VW has released a few teaser photos of its new SUV concept that is going to debut this month at the Beijing Motor Show. VW calls the concept a “high-tech” SUV concept with its 376-hp hybrid powertrain and digital interior.

VW has released a few teaser photos of its new SUV concept that is going to debut this month at the Beijing Motor Show. VW calls the concept a “high-tech” SUV concept with its 376-hp hybrid powertrain and digital interior.

The concept is powered by a plug-in hybrid powertrain that generates 376 horsepower and 516 lb-ft. of torque. The concept can reach 0-62 mph in six seconds and has a top speed of 139 mph. It can also travel up to 31 miles in fully electric mode.

VW hasn’t released any photos of the interior, but VW does say that the interior will feature an active info display and infotainment system. The digital display will also enable a new level of interactivity.
