As expected the RAV4 Hybrid borrows its powertrain from the Lexus NX hybrid, which means that it gets a 2.5L four-cylinder that’s mated to an electric motor. Toyota hasn’t released the specs for the RAV4 Hybrid, but does state that it will be more efficient and powerful than the standard gasoline-powered RAV4.
