Now that Porsche’s new electric car has a name, some of us have been trying to figure out how to pronounce “Taycan.” Is it tie-can or tay-can? Well Porsche is ready to teach us how to pronounce it, according to this teaser video, it’s pronounced “Tie-Kahn.”
The teaser doesn’t reveal much else about the new Taycan, but we do know that the top spec version will have at least 600 horsepower and be able to reach 62 mph in less than 3.5 seconds. It will also have a driving range over 300 miles when it goes on sale next year.
Porsche has yet to confirm it, but a base Taycan is also expected with around 400 horsepower.
