The Wall Street Journal is reporting that Tesla is going to introduce a crossover version of the upcoming Model 3.
The Model 3 sedan is expected to arrive in 2017 and will have a driving range around 200 miles with a price tag in the mid-$30k range. Tesla now wants to introduce a family of Model 3 cars, which for now means a sedan and crossover version. The Model 3 crossover will likely have a similar driving range as the sedan, but a price tag in the $50k range.
