World Car Fans has posted spy photos of the upcoming Mini Clubman S. There have been numerous spy photos of the regular version of the upcoming car, but this is the first time we are seeing what seems to be the S variant of the car.
The car is distinguished by dual exhaust pipes and a hood scoop similar to the Mini Cooper S. The Mini Clubman is a larger version of the popular Mini and it features a rear hinged side door on the passenger side to ease entry. The car also has rear barn-type doors to ease loading cargo into the cargo area. Full specs, pricing and intro date have not been released.
Should be interesting to see how this car sells. Hopefully the added weight and length will not ruin the car.
