According to the vice president of Global Cadillac, Bob Ferguson, Cadillac is hard at work on a new small crossover that would be smaller than the SRX crossover. Ferguson recently told Automotive News “We’re working hard on it.”
The new smaller Cadillac crossover would go after a younger demographic than the midsize SRX. The move coincides with some of Cadillac’s competitors that have also recently introduced smaller crossovers, like the BMW X1 and the Audi Q3. Even Lincoln is expected to unveil the new small MKC crossover concept next week in Detroit.

It hasn’t been announced when the new crossover will be released.
