Chevy is giving the 2016 SS a facelift. The changes are small, but it’s great to see that Chevy continues to pay attention to its high performance sedan.
The 2016 SS now sports a slightly revised front fascia with new vertical ducts to improve aerodynamic efficiency, new LED signature lighting and new functional hood vents. The 2016 SS also rides on new 19-inch wheels.

“The 2016 SS design changes more fully express the true driving character of the sedan while further enhancing the car’s overall performance,” said Todd Christensen, Chevrolet Performance Car marketing manager.
The good thing is that the SS is still powered by a 6.2L V8 with 415 horsepower and 415 lb-ft. of torque. The 2016 SS also gets a new dual-mode exhaust system that gives it quieter performance at low engine speeds and a more muscular engine note at wide-open throttle.
