Cadillac has announced the pricing for the 2016 CTS-V, which will start at $83,995 (plus $995 destination) when the 640-hp sedan arrives in showrooms this summer.
Thanks to its 6.2L supercharged V8 with 640 horsepower and 630 lb-ft. of torque, the CTS-V packs more power than the Mercedes-Benz E63 and the BMW M5. It reaches 0-60 mph in 3.7 seconds and has a top speed of 200 mph.

The CTS-V is one of two V-Series models that will arrive this year, since the ATS-V coupe and sedan are slated to arrive in late spring. The ATS-V is powered by a 464-hp twin turbocharged V6 and starts at $60,495.
